The products appearing for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason following the placement of an order for product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, cancel your order in respect of the relevant product(s) and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit\/debit card for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All orders are subject to acceptance. Unless cancelled, acceptance of your order will be completed once your order has been packed by us. The contract between you and Marham Herbal will be considered complete at the time the products are dispatched, and you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been shipped. The sale contract is concluded in India<\/strong>, and the language of the contract shall be English<\/strong>. Every effort is made to make sure all details on the Website are accurate, however we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and\/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we shall refund the full amount or re-credit your account in such sum as soon as we are able.
